Hi all. Its been awhile since I have used sampletank due to a really long hiatus :( Im trying to remember if the 8 cd's that came with my Sampletank contain the same sounds that are on the 2 dvd update pack I got some time ago?

Basically my question is to I need to install both sets or are they the same sounds just compacted on 2 DVD's?

Not exactly the same sounds. I believe the 2 DVDs at least have more child sounds and maybe some extra samples too. It's been a while since it was 8 CDs. But I don't think it is necessary to install both. The 2 DVDs should have everything.
