Prices will be calculated/paid in USD, so for us Europeans it's a even better deal.
European member states will have to pay the Dutch VAT of 19% on top of that, but with the low USD it's a very good deal.
Speakerphone at top discount (40%) would set you back at current rate, 244 Euro Tax incl.

I hear you, same here...and I will also be shot by the wife too i guess, as i was good for 21 points on this one.
That and Izotpe Rx a couple of days ago, will be my budget killers this year i think.

Not iLok only.

From the groupbuy info at the Logic list:

Speakerphone is ilok dongle or challenge response

Rocket and Nautilus are protected via challenge response

There is a single authorization per copy sold, when changing systems
it is possible to request re-authorization from audioease.
