when i asked dave he said;
dehaupt wrote:He must have used an old version of DH_MIDIMunger (or its predecessor, which was just called MIDI Munger). The current version, v1.2, was released back on March 22, 2006.
The old version will be grayed out in the .se1 structure view. Insert a new one, and connect it the same way as the old one is connected. Connect the rules to the new one before disconnecting them from the old one, or you'll lose them.
Best regards,
Dave

yes, I'm so sorry...
you already told me, and I missed it...
will you forgive that?
I updated the file. In fact I had both new and old midi munger in my folder and kept using the old one. Silly me.
so you can download it again and it should open seamlessly.
The mungers are used to make the signal coming from the stepped modulators be translated to midi CC1, 2, 3 & 4.

that's ok,glad we solved that one.
it might be good to have that old version too,i often get old se1's with missing modules. is it still available from dave, maybe you could post it?

Well, I'm not sure i can do that. i might ask dave before.
Anyway, if you have your own synths to add to that plugin, it would be nice. I'd also like to have feedback on the new sequencer. I think it is more reliable when it comes to store, erase presets and that kind of stuff.
I hope you won't miss the former editing possibilities too much.
If you have ideas on how to make the FX section...
I was thinking about 3 or 4 series of slots with different possible FXs.
reverb, bitcrusher, filter, flanger, delay...
I'll try to make a "standard" slot for FX when the layout is decided (and when I have time), so that you can add FX's easily as for the synths.

yeah, sure,i don't want to upset dave,i'm just hitting these 'missing' probs with se,cos i'm new,i've not had these probs till recently.it's like similar probs when loading old songs and finding you've updated a vst and not kept the older version.Mokafix wrote:Well, I'm not sure i can do that. i might ask dave before.
anyway,i'm not sure i can be much use to you,cos my synths are shit,i hope some good devs step up to help.,i will check the new seq out when i get time though.thanks for updating it.

Mokafix,
all running fine, no obsoletes modules
!!!
I've watch in depth the project.
wow, many interesting tips. i've really appreciate the text based save/load
pattern system. I will study more this .se1!
A important feature seem missing: The global speed.
A request: can you labeled the containers, especially for important feature ?
GUI/Ergonomic : perhaps the drum pattern selector like the synth selector
will be a plus?
I will try to find into my big library how to add an interesting
percussive synth to add to this project.
ps : your containers sequencer with "pad click5" picture inside
have 3 objects you can delete.
