Anybody got the Sonivox DVI rhodes? (They call it "suitcase piano", I think.) How's it compare to the other stuff out there?

If you're thinking of buying a rhodes library go to www.Scarbee.com
There's no comparison. Nothing even close.

+1 Mr Ray is fantastic. I recently sold NI Elektrik Piano because since I found MR 73, I never used Elektrik Piano anymore!Oxytoxine wrote:do you know mr ray? it's a free (but nonetheless very good) rhodes emulation, can be found on www.soundfonts.it

I'm not all that thrilled with Mr Ray. I'm a big fan of LearJeff's soundfont, and have tried any demos etc I can get my hands on. I really just wanted to know if anyone had the Sonivox.
(Thanks for the replies, anyway!)

Speaking of which: version 3c seems to me to be slightly off-center; that is, the stereo seems to be shifted slightly left. I e-mailed Jeff about it and he said he'd check into it and to see what other folks thought. Am I nuts?keyman_sam wrote:jeff Rhodes kicks ass in Gigastudio, with the reverb. God i love it.
