ST 2.5 Window in Cubase 4

I'm not sure if this changed with the SampleTank 2.5 update or the Cubase 4.1 update, but SampleTank is the only plug-in I have that won't "come forward" when you click on it, if it's off to the side or behind a window. I know I can use the "Always on Top" feature, but that's not what I'm looking for. It doesn't seem to be a preference in 4.1 or ST, and like I said, it only happens with ST. Not a HUGE deal, but a bit annoying. Anyone else experience this?

Also, the new version of ST states that you can load the Sonic Synth 2 and Philharmonik libraries in ST 2.5, but I'm embarrassed to say I not sure I know how. Can you drag an alias into the ST Instruments folder (because I'd like to be able to use the SS2 interface as well at times). The 2.5 Read Me only lists the new features but doesn't give any details on how to use them.
