The best thing I got from a super-market music wise… was a non painted metal tray which when hit gives an excellent source for gong samples. :P

As to potatoes not too sure how that relates to the sound of Tau2, but I guess there must be something in it.

This is all too strange

Next thing I know this is not the company that makes the Tau 2, and it was in fact all a lucid dream :o

Must stop with the coffee (makes mental note)

Wait a minute, wait just a minute. Doc how did you find Rebirth in a supermarket? Don't worry about mentioning it in a Tau 2 thread. Tau 2 blows away Rebirths sound in my opinion.Oh jeez what have I done here goes another "best 303" battle.I could just erase this post and.......naw what the heck flame away.I like Tau 2 better than Rebirth there I said it.... :P
Sorry Dave couldn't resist,very theraputic..... :D

I wonder how many people were scouring the games section when they next went shopping in a super-market… I have to admit I did  though no luck on the music software side of things.

You’re kind of lucky there Doc :o , but things that need the CD-rom all to themselves is just plain silly. I can understand why you would not want to use it. :?

I believe something like $120,- (?)
Ouch! (but it was a long time ago)

Ok that’s cured me of the need to check the games section on each visit to the super-market

Yep, thats why i never buy apps that comes on cd, cos they may require cd insertion as protection scheme, and thats a shame..
(i guess all NI products do this, but i may be wrong ?)
