Hi there,
Well, I've just discovered manyguitar (shame on me !) and it sounds to be a real exciting piece of software, the demo's are very impressive. My ears really liked the shred jam one and I have been wondering if it's possible to get an even more "aggressive" lead sound for some metal stuff.
Kind Regards,

You most definitely can get more aggressive leads. I'll have to put together a sample for you, I guess.

Thanks for your reply Gregjazz ! Once I've sold some stuff I no longer use here, you'll have a new customer.
As an ex-guitar player (had to stop due to finger joint arthritis), I've never found such a realistic sounding program for playing leads so far and I'm rather frustrated

Yeah, got everything working now and OMG, this is the most incredible piece of software I've bought. As an ex-lead guitar player, I had never been able to find my own way in the hardware and software electronic music stuff so far. I had some decent samplebanks for Kontakt allowing me to play some cool heavy rythmic parts but without any realistic lead guitar sound, it was rather frustrating for me but now, I've got all that I needed at hand ! In a few minutes, I was able to get some kind of EVH sound as in the famous "Eruption" track (really funny to play two-handed tapping on the keyboard even with my twisted knuckles) or something close to Satriani's sound ("Always with me, always with you"). I'm really glad to be a new ManyGuitar player. I have to dig it further now

This ManyGuitar is really stunning, one can get so many types of sounds just by tweaking the envelopes. Besides, the amp section is really powerful. Well, now that I have found it, I think it would be great if I could get some good basses

I'm glad you're enjoying ManyGuitar! I have a lot of fun playing some of those lead patches through my MIDI controller, too.
