...I had released some as rex-files at first, later as rex and wav. Then I had uploaded the missing wave-files in a single pack - so every break is/has been available in both formats...

tried downloading a couple of times

Todd i think it may be either a) your winrar not updated or b) you're extracting in a path (such as document folder in XP) that a lot of the times causes trouble with long names , particularly extracting from archives...
afaik some other users grabbed em down and unrar without hassle, so def i think it should be on your side the problem..lemme know if i can help somehow otherwise
