Minor display update bug in Rhino 1.08 & V-Stack

Excellent update BTW! And the pad bank is fantastic - beat me to it unfortunately.

When using Rhino in V-Stack, and something else has the focus (the V-Stack mixer) but with the rhino instrument panel open, if I select a different patch from the Bank tab window, the sound changes appropriately but the selection rectangle does not change. Minor one. I notice its slower updating the selection rectangle even when it does have focus and guess this might have to do with minimizing noise between patch changes?
