you need to tell FLS where you have installed the .dlls ...
> 'options'
> 'file settings'
> 'VST plugins extra search folder'
set this path to your .dll folder location ...

02.] ...
open a new project ...
right click on a channel location ...
> 'insert'
> 'more'
> 'refresh'
> 'fast scan'
the list will repopulate with the vst/vsti(s) available ...

03.] ...
right click on a channel location ...
> 'insert'
> double click , from the list to add a channel ...

if you have installed the .dlls in the default FLS vst folder , you still
need to perform steps 02.] & 03.] ...

It is in no way unusual for a 3rd party plug-in to work in one host and not another.

The reason is they don't all implement plug-in support the same way, and not everyone obeys the right rules in making the plug-ins. FL has some interesting quirks that way. Fl also has some additional options on the plug-in GUI that makes them more likely to work when they're a bit jinky, but then it has to actually load to access those options.

Long story short: sadly you're probably s.o.l. with that plug, in FL.

It'd be better to look at the actual plug maker's site for support, or do a search on the FL forums.

Looks like that plugin is a DX plugin and not a VST. DX plugins can't just be dropped into a folder and work like VST plugins.
