Not so much actially.
But that's exactly my point... I really hate scrolling the tree from VSTs to Samples and so on...

onT: tiny br: when you switch the color of the "FFT" item (-> 'looks' in setup)
you will switch the background- color of the browser too but you cant switch the browser background- color back.

And a "Recent" or "Favourites" folder or both at the top of Plugins would be great.

And I'd love an alphabetical sort option too.

Oh, and a small thing but could we have two versions of the synth / sampler in the browser - one ready to use as a synth (with one sound loaded) and one ready to use as a pure sampler (with no sounds loaded but opening to the Zones tab the first time you open the GUI)?

It's not a big thing, but it'd save a few clicks every time you need a sampler in a hurry...

I would like to have an influence on how items I add to 'Projects', 'Presets' etc. are sorted!
(At the moment I think those items are sorted by the full path.)

I would like to sort them for 2 reasons:

1) I would prefer to have something like 'My projects', 'Demo projects', 'Other people's projects' resp. 'My presets', 'Demo presets', Other people's presets' always in this order. This is not an very important issue.
But the next drives me nuts:

2) I have 'My projects' on 'D:\Data\...' and I would like to also have 'Demo projects' displayed under Projects. But the path to them is 'C:\Progs\XT2\...'
As soon as I add this 2nd path to 'Projects' in 'Setup' the default path for saving my projects is mapped to the path for the demo projects. This is annoying. (And I really do not want to change the organisation of my hard drives because there is some logic behind!)

I would be lucky with a simple solution where there was no sorting at all and instead the entries would just be taken from the ini file in the order they are listed there.
More elegant it for sure would be to be able to influence the sort order in the lists in the setup dialog. Also it would be nice if we could give the items their names in this dialog. Maybe also a flag could be set in this dialog to specify the 'Project' folder to use as default for saving new projects.
