A good fretless bass sample set? know of any?

I'm trying to round out my samples and I have plenty of great bass guitars now, including Black Bass. But I'd like to see if there are any decent fretless bass soundsets out there. Almost any format is fine since I have Kontakt 2/3. I know that K2 has a fretless bass, but I'm looking to see if there are any others out there with a bit of detail. Mainly slides and such with some fret noise. Nothing fancy is needed(but still welcome).

Also, affordable is key. I can't afford a $200 sample set.

Haha:) You have to admit though, an upright usually doesnt have frets!

Well, not really a useless post as there is some confusion in the terminology.
While the upright does not have frets either, It is generally referred to as an Upright or Standup bass. I think koolkeys was looking for a fretless electric bass, which is usually what people associate the term fretless bass with.

That sounds great! Will it be in the same price range as the other bass sets you have?

It is expected to be in the same range as our current Bass addons.
We'll see once it is finished the final price.

wizoosounds has 2 quite nice fretless basses (especially the Pagelli) and they are quite affordable.

Chris Hein has indicated that he will be offering the different basses in his upcoming Chris Hein - Bass library as separate products. The demos for his fretless sound absolutely gorgeous.

I've seen the Wizoosounds ones. Does anyone have any of them to say which articulations are included? I've bought one sample set from them before, and it was decent. But the demos for the bass guitars seem a little vague to me and only one really mentions all the articulations.

Thats 58 € for a sigle bass with 4.000 samples and 2 GB.

And please, come on, CHG has 9 Guitars, 18GB, with up to 6.700 samples each.
The street price is 350 €, thats 39 € for a single Guitar.
Thats not expensive, its just a big pack.

Please don't misunderstand me. I'm not saying your packages are expensive. From what I've heard, they are worth every penny. I just don't HAVE those pennies. Which is why I'm looking for something cheaper. Depending on Christmas money, I may or may not be able to look into the fretless by itself. However, judging by the quality of your other stuff, it will be on my list to consider(all based on how much money I get between now and then!).

Again, it's not that your stuff is overpriced. It's just that it's a bigger chunk to swallow and I'm still paying off Kontakt2/3 for another month or so.

I do plan on looking at your stuff though, especially if you offer individual basses. Sorry for the misunderstanding of value.
