Hi all,

I'm looking around for a sturdy but crucially compact/light stand that would hold both my laptop and keyboard controller. Since I am using a 49 key. 3 octave Line6 KB37, the stand needs to be adjustable down to that size but then my 17" laptop is rather huge and so needs good support.

Throw in suggestions here or let me know about what you're using live / in the studio.

My budget isn't huge either. say $100 max to put a limit on it?

Its actually designed as a display stand but its perfect for smaller synths and you can get a shelf [accessory] to sit your laptop on. Dunno how much they are where you live, but mine was probably around your budget limit a couple of years ago, when I bought it.

I actually ordered a Quiklok stand and it's accompanying shelf on Black Friday where there were lots of juicy discounts going, both set me back $86 which is pretty good going I reckon.
