I recieved last friday a brandnew bcr2000 replacement.
As my old one did not recieve a thing via usb.
It even crashed my pc (auto-restart) after turning some knobs(strange).
It was allready long way out of warranty and they replaced it for free!!!
That is super service from Behringer.
Also these things may be told to people!
