HI, I just joined the GB (#388) I got an email receipt, but when I go to "My Downloads" page I Get this...

3544 This product does not exists : Internal error.

is it just a problem time needed to process the order or what?

Hi, I also joined the group buy but I still haven't yet got the email message from esoundz. I checked the site yesterday and the downloads were already there. I tired to download the electric guitars capsule but the speed was something like 60 kb/s and it went to 0 after some time. Today I tired again to download my stuff from the site but I cannot even acces the site anymore! Is the site temporaly down?

EDIT: Its working fine now.

ST version of the Capsules are ready in your member's area, except for the Studio Drums that need to be checked and uploaded.
To resume :
Bass, Eclectic drums, Electric Guitar, Accoustic Guitars and Grooves are now in the Sampletank format in your member's area.

I think I am missing something here.

I received my Sonik Synth install disks. Installed and sound great. I also have access to the downloads and I think everything is there...

Except I have no ST engine anywhere. Is this a separate ship item or is it a download? I looked around on the board here but did not find the answer, which is probably a function of me not looking carefully enough.

However, could you please let me know where I can the ST engine....ship or download?

I believe you have to register Sonik Synth and then the ST engine will be put in your downloads area

When you register Sonik Synth, the ST2.5 engine will be a downlaod in your IK user area, not on esoundz.

There's a section of your user area on IK's site that says Downloads....it should show up there but you have to register SS2 first.

Hi! I have a new problem. I have downloaded the Acoustic Guitar capsule now 2 times and the both zip files have been corrupted so I can't open them. Should I download it once again or is there any reason for this?

I would try again...I didn't have any issues with it.

The download part is the Expansion Tanks, Sonik Capsules and the Sonic Reality Bonus Disk for ST2.5. The other stuff will be sent to you.
