You should have gotten a manual with the download, didn't you?pulsoc wrote:I am part of the Sonik Synth group buy, trying to figure out Sampletank. Can you post the manual for dl?

You know, I did a google search, and I couldn't find a ST2.5 pdf anywhere.

There is no Sampletank Free anymore. The demo did not have the manual. The manual is not available on the website.
I can't figure out how to 'load' samplesets and frankly I'm already tired of spending hours trying to piece this shit together.

Thanks Kim. Yes, this is not IK's support. IK makes SampleTank. SR simply makes sounds for that (and a ton of other plug-ins) and esoundz (the site running the group buy) simply SELLS the product. It doesn't provide manuals just as any other dealer can't.
But, when you download the product after SS2 is registered (ST2.5 will be in your user area) that is when it comes with a manual.
Please be patient! You'll have it all soon.
Thanks

As far as I can recall it is installed in the same folder as the program:
For my ST2.5 XL in Windows XP:
C:\Program Files\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 2.5
Have a look in that folder.
And there could be a shortcut in the Start >> all programs >> IK Multimedia >> Sampletank menu
[It might be different on Macs]
For my ST2.5 XL in Windows XP:
C:\Program Files\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 2.5
Have a look in that folder.
And there could be a shortcut in the Start >> all programs >> IK Multimedia >> Sampletank menu
