It is still just a draft that I've worked on for ca 6 hours....

and no there are no ms on attack since this is a "listen by ear" plugin with
100% program dependant values...

Well thats how it should be, by ear! Any idea when it will be released to those of us who are dying for it

I have been watching the 2 threads about your comps and i don't think i have noticed any date. Which, probably means there is no date, it will be here when it is here. O-well. I will just keep on a watching for it.

Here's the earlier one.

Many more parameter controls and meters on both input and ouptut in the new one. Old one was very attractive though.

Oh, wait: I thought we were talking about the Tls-2096! In that case, I too prefer the old GUI. My brother saw it on the desktop (I know, total geek

), and he was like, "what's thaaaat?!?"

I like them both alot. However, the new one looks very reminscent of Nomads LM-662. I'm sure that is pure coincidence but yeah the colors and stuff make it look similar.
They both look good, the new one though, has that look!! But he added stuff to it so he probably couldn't use that one anyhow without modifying it.
I don't care if there is no gui, i just want to schlap-it on a drum track.

Personally, I prefer the new GUI to the 2094; it's much more clear to my eyes.

Also, I'm really enjoying the 2095 at the moment! It's definitely my go to compressor for drums currently. I like how versitile it is even for fairly subtle stuff but can easily do some outlandish 'sucking'.

I even tried it on the bus for a simple guitar/vocals demo I was recently working on. It took a good deal of fiddling, but eventually I got some nice 'glue' out of it. I believe I had to keep the pressure fairly low and the input not to hot. I know it's fairly program dependant, but does anyone have any more settings suggestions for fairly subtle bus compression on acoustic material?

BTW Daniel..i left on my main vst folder some old plugs by you, because they were sounding very warm even in that beta form...do you think in the (even far) future some of them will be brought again to life or are they def abandoned?
those pre amps and saturation plugs for instance ...

Daniel, I'm sure the 2094 will be off the hook when it's finished!
The new look is quite cool, but IMHO this previous previous version was just perfect:

Any chance it could look like that again?

Yup! I like that one the best but I can't fit all parameters for this latest
algo so I'll save that look for another killer plug....

the first one (new one) is nice, but the background texture looks loke concrete, nothing mettalic or plastic at all. Also shadows are a bit light.

@ S/S: Have you ever heard of "powder coat" finish? Like on '50s '60s equipment, Pultecs, switchboards ... ?

Blue leds on "THE" skin show you have some class and taste.
