I had my credit card used on your website Livelab.dk and somebody used my identity to purchase. i have notified my bank. I have never even heard of your company or your products. I went to your website to contact somebody and was sent here and had to start an account just to try to find somebody...please help me...i am assuming your product was shipped to somebody or an email confirmation was sent to somebody! the charge was on my account with your co. name through pay pal. please if you are the person i should contact or if you know who that is please answer me.

I'll check my records - but I don't beleive they would leave a real name if they used a stolen identity. I'll look into it though.

I know they wouldn't use a real name but there must be an email address or shipping address because the confirmation did not go to me or was it shipped to me
