I've read different things about chaining the Behringer BCF2000. Some have said you can't chain/use more than two. Others say you can have as many as you have USB ports for. Others say you can chain via midi, as much as you want.

Behringer doesn't have email support. Does anyone know the answer to this?

Thanks.

USB: depends on how the drivers are coded. Trial and error me guess if this is not stated in the manual (it should be!)

Midi: if you can select the midi channel it sends on (that's a yes probably) AND it has a Midi In port that's mapped to the Midi Out port (so Out acts as a Thru port) then you should be able to use 16 of them.

It is supported with the latest drivers. However, i, personally, have not been able to get every software title i've got to recognize more than one.
You can daisy-chain via MIDI, but the bi-directional support is lost with 3 or more in the chain. Via USB, there doesn't appear to be a stated limit.
The Behringer web site has manuals and quick-start guides available in pdf format. A couple of those give instructions on how to daisy-chain. The caveat, again, is that they don't guarantee that your host software will actually support more than one.
BTW, if anyone figures out how to use 2 BCF2000 with Traction2, while maintaining bi-directional support, PLEASE let me know.
