This is from the release notes for our new library DroneWorx LE:

This Limited Edition library(Limited in size and duration of availablity) is a preview of not one, but two upcoming Dangerous Bear products. One is our WusikEngine-based VSTi, Prometheus, which soundset includes a larger collection of these sounds. The second is the full library of these sounds, of which this LE set and the larger set included in Prometheus are subsets. Key differences between the versions include:

The Prometheus soundset is in the WusikSND format, requiring a synth, such as Prometheus, that can play soundsets in that format, and is larger, in volume of data and individual samples, than this LE version.

The Full Version of DroneWorx is larger than the LE version and the Prometheus version, and will include presets for diverse sample players.

The Full Version of DroneWorx may be a VSTi, and not just a library.

The LE version will only be available in December 2007.

These samples are the product of applying radical digital processing to sounds taken from life, electronically generated, or resampled combinations of the two further processed. They have been created by myself and my associate Daniel Kemp as experiments in pure, abstract audio aestehtics but also as useful musical tools for setting a mood or inspiring a composition. The only limits to what you can do with DroneWorx samples are Daniel's and my rights under copyright law as stipulated in the license, and your own imagination.

These are just the samples loaded into the sfz player played back as a single note on the keyboard, with no effects except a limiter applied to the saved wav file.
