i have some difficulties to state which genre this song belongs to.
it is an instrumental track which use the following instruments:
clean electric guitar, bass, etchinc and orchestral percussions, rock drums played with rayzoon jamstix, ethnic flutes from RAW samples, classical guitar, acoustic guitar for some "spanish-like" solo (well, maybe not, but i like the definition!).
all mix and guitar/bass sounds made with creamware.

any comments will be welcome!

Very interesting. Like it.
It reminded me of some of the Native American Indian music I have...a bit shamanic, a bit rock...a bit film-soundtrack like....

I like the mix too. It's dry but has a good ambience.

I really like this. I did find the first 30-40 seconds a little too loose for me. I might tighten things up a little there. As for the rest of it, it does have a very North American Indian flavor that works well over-all for the song. Nice guitar parts too.
Listening on computer speakers so I won't comment on the mix except to say that it sounds good on computer speakers.

Great composition and nice production indeed
This is a crossover and there are bits of differents styles in it
Most recognizable are ethnic/spanish feel, and progressive construction (rhythms, bass, etc.)

Nice tempo, good spatialing (is that even a word?

) on the instruments, effects not too overdone, clean production.

i loved your track!

great production- it looks like you put alot of hours into it....

i love it when there's ethnic percussion and instruments in tracks like this,

it makes it sound so much more full and lively.

Good guitar playing, great sound, pleasant listen. I only didn't dig the flutey thing, but I say this everytime I hear a flutey thing, so it it probably something with me. Hats and cymbals could be possibly a bit less in the back.

First time I've added a comment to the music cafe...

First off, I'm a big prog rock enthusiast and I think compositionally, I wouldn't change change a thing. It's great. Kudos!

Except I would add one more section which would be the climax. It would borrow from all the existing parts. No need to create new ideas. But make it really rock.

The mix has can use some polish. But I really like it. Great stuff.
