Sonik Synth2 Installation Problem (intel mac)

Hello.

I've installed Sonik Synth2 but it doesn't show up in the AU manager of Logic Pro. The AU component file (sonik synth 2.component)is installed in the AU plugin folder but it doesn't appear in Logic.

I can't even start the authorization wizard because I can't launch the plug-in in the first place, so I can't download the latest version that seems to support intel macs, from IK's user area.

Any help is really appreciated.


Computer: C2D MacBook Pro 2.16Ghz
OS: Mac OSX 10.4.10
Host: Logic Pro 7.2.3/8.00

I'm having the SAME problem... MBP 2.2 c2d . 2gb blah blah....

Running Ableton Live 6.0.10.

Just been on the phone with Allen at Esounds.

We need to download version 2.1

It can be found in the user area at IK.. http://www.ikmultimedia.com/

You have to have an account to be able to access the users area.

Once you download, it will install over the version you have on the install disk.. ie no need to uninstall this.

I just done this and live now recognizes SS2 as both VST and AU plugins.
