Edirol = Roland. It should be OK if they fixed the issue with velocity sensing failing after some years due by dodgy rubber strips. The PC-70 is a very basic keyboard: just the keys and pitch / mod wheels. No knobs to twist or faders for controlling things like the filter of your VSTi's. You might want features like that eventually.
BTW I'm still puzzled by your Evolution MK149 driver issue, since to my knowledge that keyboard does not work through USB but only with a standard 5-pole Midi connection. How did you exactly connect it with your computer?

I bought a midi to USB connector cable in a music shop but i think it was locally connect ( a midi to midi cable must have been bought , stripped then connedted to a USB cable)
How do you think i can connect my keyboard to my computer because i really need to use the keyboard. Is there an interface that i can use? please tell me how i can get it. Thank you.

The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.
