Boss isn't cider, it's industrial effluent. Was actually tempted to buy a bottle today but thought better of it. Obviously, I am a c**t.clueless wrote:what does your avatar mean?donkey tugger wrote:Cider is for farmers and c**ts.

I didnt say you had to drink the shite....poor it down the bog....not unless you meant that only farmers and c**ts use cans of scrumpy to correct acoustical problems? in which case stick with the carlsberg so..donkey tugger wrote:Nah, Cider is for farmers and c**ts.lotus2035 wrote:...for those phase correcting mono mixdowns no less.. Speaker and Carlsberg
classy!!..There is another speaker, but it looks exactly the same as that one, except that it stands on top of a c 1982 tv set near the bin bag of cans.

A Very Large Spider moved into mine, since which time, the pegs and strings have gone a bit rusty.
Mainly to just ignore it and play it when you want something jangly and out of tune.
I tuned mine up once, but it was a total pain in the arse, so I haven't attempted it since then( about 2 years ago) surprisingly it stays in sorta decent tune and at least is usable in most keys. Mine could harbor any number of insects or arachnids, but it doesn't have a sound hole so I don't know how many..

The word Shite comes to mind... I have trouble fretting it, I got big mits I suppose. that and the intonation are not that great, and the pickup is noisy and has no treble. I can get some use out of it, but it wasnt as nice as I had hoped.tetraplan wrote:Oooh! A mandobird! I was thinking about getting one of those sometimes next year (maybe). Well, after gazing at Mystahr's setup, I thought it would be funny to post what mine looks like right now in comparison - no cleanup!!! Not for the faint of heart.
haven't done html in a while so here goes...

the sad thing is that not 2 days ago both areas were all tidied up...
ps - no time to go through 130 pages but i noticed many folks have removed their pics, hope there have been no robberies or whatnot...
not sure how long I'll leave mine up here - K
