Mac Mini Full Duplex Recording?

I can't seem to find a way to enable full duplex recording through the line in on my mac mini. Is this possible? Thanks

probably need to set up a agglomerated with the line in as in and the line out as out(probably)

I can't find the word "agglomerated" in the settings nor anything for "line out"... kind of weird!
