Is 2008 the year that we FINALLY see StudioPhonik or shall it be prolonged another three years since its initial announcement. The other question is related to Reason Refills. With so the increase in quality realism of VSTi's and sample libraries, should users expect refills that can compete with the likes of EastWest or Quantum leap products. I'm posing this question to you Squids because PHeads doesn't give a rat's ass about putting out a QUALITY refill. Many of the user have begged for a hypersampled guitar refill.....with strums and picking. What do they do?????

A raggaeton refill......Raggaeton was played out when that refill was released. :shock: :shock: :shock: :help:

A piano refill.....A nice suggestion, but the Factory pianos aren't that bad.
A drum refill.....with just acoustic drums.
A Abbey Roads refill.....why would anyone but that crap when you can get Fab Four for about $75-$100 more???!!!!! :?: :?: :?: :roll:

Besides converting Kontakt and Giga samples to NNXT, what do I have to look forward too???????

i'd like to have a good jazz-brass refill.
Btw., i like the piano refill a lot ... and the drum refill can be used quite flexibly, if you like ... Abbey Road is overpriced though, imo.

I like the Abbey Road refill personally.

As far as high end refills we DID do the Miroslav Refills which are a complete orchestra for Reason based on one of the most popular orchestral plug-in, Miroslav Philharmonik. There really can't be anything made LARGER than that for Reason because it doesn't support streaming. However, streaming isn't necessary for just good usable quality sounds and YES we plan to do more (including guitars).

Studiophonik is coming out this year and we're sorry for the wait. It was at one point cancelled and then brought back to life again because of the effects system of ST2.5 engine which is what we were hoping to have. Well, even more but down the road if SPK is successful then more will be developed for it... I have always had big plans for this module.
