Hi..
Just wanna know. is M-audio sound cards compatible with steinberg's products like nuendo/cubase etc. which manufacturer's sound card works the best for steinberg's product.? (professional soundcard)leave the price tags..!

how abt ESI? any comments.. i check and M-audio cards comes with more features and looks much better and professionl..dont really know abt the actual quality it provides...what do you say..! price doesn't matter..quality and features/compatibality matters

Yes, and most any relatively recent interface will work with any DAW except Protools, which is rather hardware specific.

Steinberg tend to favour RME. Thats the make they supply when bundling. Of course, all other decent cards will work too.

I've used an Audiophile 2496 and a Delta44 on WinXP with Cubase and they worked flawlessly.
