Sorry to being this one back but...
Splitting single sample audio clips and the second half of the clip ends up blank. Then if I use the first part of the split clip it seems to play the second half even though it is not there. This only happens with some clips but I haven't yet determined what causes the problem to occur. Using 2.04.
I'm sure this is known and related to much in this thread but I need to mention it because it seems really fundamental.
Sometimes it can seem a bit negative bringing up endless BRs but in the end it's for the sake of improving a great program.

The problem has been there for many months and has already been reported numerous times - also if you shorten the clip by editing its start the sample doesn't get played at all.
It's one of the main reasons I switched to another application.
edit: actually the first post in this thread also reports the same problem - and it's half a year old - there you go.

This one does need to be fixed!

It was very confusing for me when I first started using XT2 that there are differences between single sample clips and multi sample clips (and no visual difference). Took me months to figure out.
That aside, yes these clip related bugs are what keep me from using XT2 for my "important" projects.
