I believe Herman Witkam sampled but I can't get the link to work here, but give it a shot anyway. You need to "login" on the left hand side at the end of the licence agreement.

Although there are several commercial ones if you want a list?

The prob is that you would be essentially buying a whole sample lib or VST, just to use the duduk. (And that is before you even get into debate about good the samples are compared to the real thing).
Older Akai libs:
Sonic Reality - World Traveler
Ilio - World Winds
Quantum Leap - Rare Instruments (superceded by EWQL RA)
Newer stuff:
Herman Witklam - Cinematic Duduk. (Duduk only lib, Kontakt + SIPS script or GIGA format)
http://rawpro.herman-witkam.com/
Bela D Media - Anthology Volume 2, Spiritual Wind. (Nice selction of wind instruments with extensive scripting, and Kontakt player).

EWQL RA (has the original duduk from Rare Instruments, but also additional 24bit duduks), also comes with Kontakt Player.

Best Service - Ethno World 4 Professional (Note: EW1-3 does not contain the duduk because it is new to volume 4)
http://bestservice.de/detail.asp/en/voc ... 109p91p217
My opinions:
The older AKAI libs only have smaller instruments (since they hark back to early sampler/limited RAM days.
Rare Instruments is okay, if you can still pick it up in a blowout sale somewhere. But you will need to reprogram it if you want it to be able to have any of the benefits of a modern sampler.
Bela D Media - Spiritual Wind Anthology Volume 2 is a good, and well programmed lib. It gives you a smaller section of ethnic winds, but each instrument has a greater detail than other all-in-one Ethnic libs. Also the advanced scripting is often mentioned, and that makes these winds very playable. I don't own it, but have used it briefly.
Herman Witklam - Cinematic Duduk. Is the only lib that has just the Duduk. It sounds pretty good from the demos. I don't have it though, so I can't really comment.
EWQL RA - Haven't used this in a while, but from what I remember it used to sound pretty good. I guess the question is though, do you need a whole ethnic lib if you only want duduk? Although, it does have a number of other nice Ethnic instruments. All the usual EWQL high standards.
Best Service - Ethno World 4 Professional. This lib is brand-new (released Dec 07), so I don't have a lot I can say about this. And I have not heard any demos that feature the duduk, so I have no idea what it sounds like. I guess the question again is whether you want a whole Ethnic lib just for a duduk sample?
The other thing you might consider is buying a duduk?
I don't know if this appeals to you or not, but a semi-pro duduk can be had for 200USD, so about the same cost than most of the libs. But with some practice will get you far better results than any sample lib could do.
Hope this helps,
Ben H

Forgot to add that precisionsound have announced that they will be releasing "Armenian Duduk" in 2008.
No further info yet though, just a screenshot.
