i need a program for windows that can capture audio from various sources and buffer it in ram for specified time so when i press record that it records that buffer and continues to record in real time.

i use jack timemachine on linux for that and it's almost perfect for my needs. i am aware of silent bob but it's site is down and i am looking for alternatives. so does anyone knows any other software for windows that can do this? preferably free.
