MMMMH . . . not bad this clone.ZioKiller wrote:
It still doesn't sound as my MKII, since it's a bit "Wurlish" and "Pianetish", but it's quite close.
You should improve the SW, but you are close . . . . .

Wow! I like it. I've always like the rhodes to sound more like that. I agree that it has a little of a wurlie bite (no reed sound), but I like that.ZioKiller wrote:

LOL! Is this a provocation?Lagrange wrote:Zio I'd like to help if possible. Do you already have an outline or do you want us to just start putting together the info ourselves?
Zio mi piacerebbe aiutare se possibile. Possedete già una bozza o volete semplicemente iniziare a mettere insieme le informazioni di noi?

Hmm. Amazingly, considering that I haven't studied Italian in 25 years (though I live nearby, in France), I can actually parse all that perfectly, except for the word "bozza", which is totally unfamiliar. Other than that "in fact, I've finished writing the whole manual, but I need to have it read by a Brit or an American to confirm that it's completely right, and to get suggestions for possible improvements"ZioKiller wrote:LOL! LNon ho una bozza, in verità ho finito di scrivere tutto il manuale, ma ho bisogno di farlo leggere ad un inglese (o americano) per avere la conferma di aver scritto tutto correttamente, e per avere suggerimenti per eventuali miglioramenti.

I'm insanely busy right now, but I beleive in you, Guido, so if you want to send a copy to kevink at paralogos.com, I'll be more than happy to go over it and mark it up for clarity and usage. I write computer architecture specifications (as well as Linux kernel code) for my day job, so I'm pretty good at technical writing.

Bravo! "Bozza" means "draft". You made a perfect translation.
SAP is offering his help, he already did it for GS-201.
Thanks

Hey Guido,
impressive work!
What about a linux version?
Pros:
- just 2 hosts (energyxt and jost) to test!
- no need to buy new expensive hw that gets dirty very quickly
- first commercial native linux vst plugin evar (well, I believe)
Cons:
- none
(ok, that would be bad marketing for my suggetsion to write something here
)
Ciao e grazie!
Lapo
