Hey guys, one more time here, didn't Eric say there were MULTIPLE products in the works? I distinctly remember a thread at NS where he said that...
Shreddage 3 Stratus: Next generation Kontakt Player guitar, now available!

Impact Soundworks - Cinematic sounds, world instruments, electric guitars, synths, percussion, plugins + more!

Post

Sure - there will undoubtedly be something to replace Trilogy based on the same engine.

As for further instruments beyond that, who knows what they'll do. I'd like to see a guitar instrument, perhaps they'll do a general purpose rompler, they'll probably do more specialised instruments as well. These should certainly follow quicker once all the grunt work has been done getting the engine done and Omni released...

Wow! They forgot to mention that this it the wind controller that they recommend.

Well....if " Dubya " gets his way....I'll get $800.00 of my
hard earned tax dollars back in the form of a rebate
...soo....looks like I will definatley be getting
the Omnisphere for my birthday...that is IF it happens...I could still save $15.00 a week otherwise. :)...I'm not holding my breath..say could
anyone spare 5000 dimes ?

That does look rather nice. A shame we only get to hear 4 -5 sounds but they are certainly extremely high quality. Looks like it's packed with features as well. :)

Post

Probably something a bit overpriced for what it is....a bit like the rest of their stuff.

Thanks for the link Dr.Wu! it's great to see some serious footage of the new plug. That Omnisphere Edit page WOW!:o

My picks from the video...
"Each part has 3 effect racks..." I noticed each rack has 4 slots as well. The acoustic demo was great. Really clever stuff from the specs team. :D I like the idea of trying to come up with more creative ways to use sounds. Great!

The MusoTalk guy is part of the SonicTalk Podcast Panel. I am pretty sure I recognised his voice.

I think I will add this link to my first post. Under Sightings. For those of you who want all the facts and video links on one page. :)

Not necessarily. Many installers I've been through, the discs were compressed by about 50%, so it could be 3 discs. Still, I've sat through the install of Sonivox Complete Orchestra.... all 20 DVDROM's. That took 2.5 hours to do. 6 would be pleasant. :)

Yep, that's Hans (= noneric)...

Notice every interview done by anyone in the Sonicstate crew makes a point of mentioning the pub/drinks... ;)

booze and synths... what a beautiful combination :hihi:

looks clean, sounds great. would be interesting to know what the atmosphere upgrade/crossgrade cost is. it gets a limited amount of use here, mostly for a couple of preset pads and strings but this looks much more usable and flexible.

rosllow.

Btw, fyi, the suggested retail price is 500$ or 400 euro's.

This will be much less for people who already own atmosphere, as it has been previously mentioned.

Yes that's the guy! :) As for pubs and drinks once this thing is released I doubt anyone of them will have much time for that :hihi:

Be sure to give Eric a scratch next time you see him, because I am sure that he has been so busy that he has not had the chance to scratch himself.
