hi guys , i was wondering if there is a assignable foot pedal that i can assign a control task into my sequencer , like record or play.....

also moog just announced a new pedal. but i think you could be fine with just something like the behringer FCB-1010 unit and figure out how to map those midi notes to your daw transport

well i'd have to see the video but that's probably a sustain pedal plugged into a device that supports it - which is on every midi keyboard controller.

yeah that's a sustain pedal. do you have a midi keyboard controller?
there are also dedicated transport control hardware boxes like the Tranzport and Faderport which let you customize the footpedal before it hits your daw but that's probably not necessary. maybe someone else will chime in and help out here
