Here's another audio test on some real drums:

Check out this waveform; there's something you don't see every day:

That jump between samples is when I activated the compressor's on button. Check out that huge offset it generated and keeps after the audio goes quiet..

Also, the plugin does not index in Audition 1.5, not even in the 'unsupported' list after numerous refresh attempts.

unfortunately the vst thing is partly why I switched to samp, in AA a few pluggins just don't show up.

That offset is strange though, ot seems this compressor has a ways to go for sure. The other night when I played your sample my wife was "wtf is that?" I wonder who beta tested this, or are we suppose to be the beta-testors?

pfft.. a buffer not reseted or someting... but who mess with the on off button in realtime on an effect?! Isn't that to ask for it? I mean how
would a hardware unit sound if you turned it on/off while recording... Image

That sound by the way remind me of a helicopter...

OK,

I'll try to be positive now.

despite of all the typical characteristics of a Midiworks plugin release (poor audio examples, no manual, no presets, no price, "you're not taking enough time to check out the plugin", etc.) I decided to check out the plugin and it simply crashed my host or didn't load after I did the strange "delete this folder" mod.
I'm no more interested in the yet unknown price as I wouldn't want this plugin even as freeware.

And Rene, here's my honest, well meant suggestion for the future: Get a few good councelors/beta testers who know their stuff if you ever try to sell a plugin again and let them do (NOT: your BUT) THEIR job before going out into the public and doing the same mistakes over and over again.

I wish you all the best.

Edit: Wrong word which changed the meaning of the statement, sorry.

Why would anybody delete a vst dll while the host is running ?

Where did you read him saying he deleted the folder while his host is running?

Is this how you would respond to a paying customer?

This kind of shit is why you will never get anywhere. People try to communicate with you and you twist their words into nonsense, which must be far easier than actually listening to someone and doing something about what they're trying to point out to you.

You know the definition of insanity...don't you. Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results each time. :)

This guy is who he is. He's consistent. So, if you think reasoning with him will change anything...you're insane.

You're right. Lemme go back to trying to delete my host while a .dll is running..

Nope.

Stop making excuses - it's not a beast at all; such a word implies your plugin feels 'alive' and has a vibe and soul. It doesn't. It's just shit.

Sorry.
