Yes the slicer that is spoken of is called SliceX. It will not be an effect and it is not Edison.
It will however be amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah a multi output slicer is something i've hoped for for quite some time in fl,and this one looks even better than i could of hoped.I wasnt particualy excited about the fl8 release,(the main thing i was looking forward to was wave candy) but this has changed all that!This could take working with loops in fl to a whole new level....

i've had FL since FL studio 4 (was it called like that?), and never used it... maybe i'll wait for the 8th version to start with it.

Does FL8 browse files in tempo context?
Does it support drag and drop bettwen itself and its host when in VST mode?
