Bad Samples in PMI Yamaha C7

I just bought and installed PMI C7 and some notes generate distorted sound (clipping noise when a sample starts to play) in right channel. This happens regardless of the volume setting and output device (monitors, headphones...). I use it with MacOS and Kontakt 3. The samples play distorted even if imported in Cubase or so. Is there anybody with the same problem? Any solution?

I bought the GIGA version and had some of the same problems. the updates are for grandioso and are .exe files, thus unusable for mac. it seems that the single samples are wrong (it only regards some of them in "closed" library).
