I've sold my Sampletank 2Xl, and my libraries to another kvr user. I've paid the license transfer fee, and deregistered my account - but the new user can't register with Ik, and the serial number is evidently 'registered to a new user', even though the time interval between deregistration and new user registration can't have been more than a few minutes.
Anyone else bought IK stuff secondhand? Or sold it? Is it necessary to email IK [as old/new user have done in this case] or is the license transfer process straightforward and this is a problem related to the web downtime earlier in the week?
Help gratefully received, even though I'm officially an 'ex-user' [sorry, Motif beckons - but still fond memories of an awesome sampler and library collection!]
