Kore 1 with Kore 2 software?

I dropped by my local music store yesterday and impulsively bought NI's Kore 1 controller. I've contacted NI and see if I could get the Kore 2 software upgrade "free"...taking a chance anyway.

Anyone out there using this combination? Kore + Kore 2 software? What's your experience?

What's the main difference between the Kore 1 controller vs the Kore 2 controller beside the fact that Kore 1 controller also has an audio interface attached. Do they have the "same" amount of button and configuration? I'm hoping that there are users out here that could take the time and answer these questions.

It's still in the box unopened. I'd like to know before I take it out and install...even register.

Oh, I don't have Komplete 5...but I do have Kontakt, Massive, FM8, and Absynth. How will Kore "interact" with these products or will I be stuck with just the Kore presets?
