Sonic Tank GB problem - advice needed

Hi folks

I bought the Sonic Tank Group Buy in December. I've installed Sonic Synth 2 and registered it at the IK Multimedia site. According to posts I've read here, SampleTank 2.5 should appear in my User Area on the IK Multimedia site. Well, sfter a month, nothing is there except my Sonic Synth license and a previous Sampletank 2 SE license from when I installed Tracktion 3.

I've emailed IK Multimedia tech Support and also sonic Reality asking for help, but I've not had a reply from either.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Does anyone have any contacts at IKMultimedia that I can email, as I'm aware this isn't strictly a Sonic Reality problem.

Yeah just email Allen or you can PM him here too. For some reason some people's emails get caught in our spam filters sometimes so that could be it. Anyway, he'll take care of that for you no worries.

Allen replied (very promptly, thank you) and gave me an email at IK to contact. I've contacted the guy and no reply. I've filled out the IK tech support form again - no reply. This lack of response is really starting to piss me off. I know it's not your fault at Sonic/esoundz, but please, is there no-one you can call to let them know they are screwing around with your customers.

I assume you have checked your spam filter/folder and made sure that IKMedia's emails aren't ending up there.
There are many things I dislike about IK....but they have always responded to my emails and tech support in a timely manner.
Hopefully you get sorted out quickly.

Still no reply, still no SampleTank. Still staring at a bunch of useless expansion tanks; at least I can use the Sonic Capsules in Kontakt as they downloaded with four formats except SampleTank!!

I suggest you PM Allen here on KVR then and I will alert him to PM you to solve this since for some reason your emails just aren't getting through. We'll look into that as well. Sorry for this. It is unusual and rare. But that's why Allen is here on KVR as well just in case.
