Hello
Im considering to get Voxengo Warmifier or Analogflux Tapebuss.
has anyone had any experience with them?
I know Voxengo has a good reputation, but havent had the chance to try any of their stuff yet.

Analogflux is really good and Tapebus is a wonderful plugin that i still use regularly. And i have Nebula3.

One is a tape saturation emulator and the other is a tube saturation emulator. To the best of my knowledge they are complementary products, so why not both?

(I own both and love them).

Im not asking if they sound good, that is up to me to decide.
im asking about stablity, latency and issues that sometimes you discover after a while of working with the plugins. things that i wouldnt notice in a few days of playing with the demo.

Stability: rock solid. I've never had a Voxengo plugin blow up on me. Ever.

Latency: no clue. I use these plugins typically for mastering only, and so the latency, if there is any, is irrelevant to me.

Hidden issues: nothing I can think of. Voxengo plugins really are that good.

The only suggestions I would offer is that in tapebus there are several 'tape models', which actually sound pretty different from each other, so be sure to try them all out. For example, I find that some of the tape models are not all that useful for mastering purposes, so I simply use the ones that do sound good for mastering.

Only other tip is that Voxengo has a very open policy regarding license transfers, and in fact makes it easy to do via their web site. So, if you purchase one and find you don't like it, you can easily get most of your money back by reselling it here on KVR. I've purchased a few Voxengo plugins this way myself.

Ah OK, sorry then,

the Analogflux stuff is totally stable here for many month, no negative issues of any kind. Can't say too many things about Warmifier in this regards as I only checked the demo.

Maybe its me but i can't hear much diference if using the warmifier or not. What is actually the point of this plugin and are there any similar other plugs ?

It's a tube saturation emulation plugin, so it is designed to be subtle. Again, I see this plugin as more of a mastering tool than anything else.

There are many other similar plugins out there. The only other one I own and use is AIPL's WarmTone, although it's starting to show its age a bit.

Check out the Voxengo site on the Warmifier. Aleksey describes it there (especially the "I don't here it" thingy):

I'd say, choose a valve type and crank up the next 4 knobs. Will do it.
