Hi everyone,

I've bought a whole new PC, so my hard-drive is out of ammunition (samples), and I don't like the samples that are on the old HD, cause they are more "trancey", so I need to buy a new sample library, which will be good for Ambient music (I love Shpongle!!).

Free is good, too.

Well it's not samples really but you should check out Wusik Station. Not free, but sure cheap.

Hmm, I have Stylus RMX, so maybe there are any Expanders that are good for Ambient music?

Try Wusik station with the Artvera soundsets....Beautifull stuff... Actually everything by Artvera is great.

For stylus... It really depents on what kind of beats you want.... But stuff like Skippy's Noizebox or Metamorphose if you more of a electronic vibe.... Liquid Groove and Ethno Techo if you want a more Ethnic PG kind of vibe....

I'd recomend wusikstation as well. It's $60.00 for a couple more weeks. $60 for a boat-load of stuff. Also Sophistry. Sophistry is actually called The Sophistry Ambient Synth.

I aslo need drum samples, and I'm new to Ambient music, and I wonder if there's such a thing 'drums for ambient'..
