After you've checked out the CineToms demos, I don't think you'll have to look further... :hihi:

Still at $49, I think.

thanks.. thats kinda the reason i made this post! lol. i'm not 100% sure I like the tone quality of the samples in the demos..

so i thought i would see what else is around. :D

Storm Drum, then? :?: Different price category, though...

Or Tsaiko? Not strictly toms, of course, but Japanese taiko drums. B-I-G :box:

Well i guess I should have said I own Tsaiko and SD.. sorry

I love em both but I'm always on the hunt for new toms

The main reason we made Cinetoms is that we were unhappy with the current sampling of Trailer Style toms available. From CT you get nine patches each unique, some cut, some boom, some plop, some tick. Its a good price point also.

We are currently organizing a "you heard Cinesamples on" section on our website, you might be surprised what you will see on there.

Anyway best of luck on your hunt!

I am also a fan of Sean's library - I did a demo from him back when it came out.

I'm really on the fence about buying that lib.. I do like the fact there are flams and rolls though. and the price is great. hmmm

Have you already checked out those Steven Slate drums? I guess it's beyond overkill if you *only* want toms, but they sounded pretty huge to me, and TONS of options.
