Very pleasant track. Some nice keyboards and atmospheric elements tie this together. Definitely easy on the ears. Maybe its in comparison to the tracks I have been listening to previously, but this seems like a relatively low volume recording. Still the mix is clear and sonically it sounds well rounded. Nice.
Someday, I will get to know Reaper when I am ready to let go of q-bayss.

thanks man,Jazzyspoon wrote: Someday, I will get to know Reaper when I am ready to let go of q-bayss.
I dropped Q-bayss a while ago,
and I'm now fine with reaper, tho it still has some flaws,
but it is really useable.
even much better as eXT2 atm.
and I have also live6, but I use reaper most of the time now.
so give it a try again and see if you can handle it

this is good to my ear, <grin>, mybe the mix is not aggressive enough for the trend or not deep enough, but the sounds and the progressions are nice

sorry for the late reply, <grin>
one is volume as you noticed, two is that some of the instruments should be brighter to contrast more with the darker ones (but it's your choice anyway)

thanks luigi for explaining,
well the volume will be remastered,
and yes, I like the darker side of things

nice, yeah the volume is a little low. at first, it sounds like a very 80's tune at first - the horn/synth line/snare/and arp, but the other percussion overtakes it and the sound is very creamy: someone mentioned they work well together, and I definitely agree. The main synth keys aren't my favorite, but it's totally a personal taste thing: they work fine. I like groove the piece brings out
