True Pianos is a good choice. Whilst not being quite up there at the moment it's certainly a very playable and useable piano VSTi.
Theres also v2.0 coming out later this year which looks like it could put it up there with the best!

my 2 favorites: nemesys gigapiano and EastWest Bosendorfer 275, the nod going to the latter due to better reaction to extreme velocity changes. the nemesys however sounded better overall due to a livelier ambience. and nemesys is certainly the value winner because it sells for about $50.

well, the 275 used to be one of my favorites, too. but the hybrid 4 made it almost obsolete for me. I still like gigapiano a lot for rock and pop. for a more classical sound I also still like the trachtman steinway. really a great sound, but I guess, unfortunately, it is discontinued.

Quantum Leap Pianos: Listening to the demos on ADAM S4VA reference monitors tells me that these are the pianos to beat. However, they need their own hard drive!!
