I've been looking on Soundsnap and Free Sound for some ideal perc that sounds like metal chings, bings, tings, etc, anyone know of any?

There is probably a ton of stuff about these days, here is a couple of early things I done. Most guys liked Metal on Metal the best out of the two.

Some metal samples (24 bit 44.1 kHz) with a quick Battery 2 and K2 presets

License should be in the rar, but in short free to use in your music. :)

Spe3D - Great stuff I've been enjoying those for a while.

Is there anything else similar?

Here's a couple of instruments from www.prokits.co.uk, both designed for excellent playability (multiple-velocity, round-robin alternate hits, etc):

1) Stainless Kitchen Vibes (£3.00; Kontakt, Halion, soundfont) mp3 demo and web page

2) Pot Lid (£4.00; Kontakt, but email prokits if you need other formats) mp3 demo and web page
