reaaaallly sorry to resurrect this old topic, but I've only recently been introduced to this whole Babya Logic...'thing'. But has anyone listened to the 'StarrySynth' example that Fussy posted on his webshite?

He may be a thieving bastard code-wise, (allegedly) but his music theory and production skills are clearly second to none. I'm completely SOLD.

It kind of reminds me of Ali-G, maybe an A G for audio?!!. Surely this can't be a serious thing - can it?

this reminds me of - pure graphicshop
(another famous fake)
which uses almost the same buttons, btw.
(which was made using pure basic)

What I also find incredible in the mp3 demo of StarrySynth is the subtle, yet effective filtering that can be clearly heard towards the end of the demo. An effect that could only be achieved using the capabilities that StarrySynth has to offer*.

* Or maybe just getting in the way of the 'mic' and 'speakers' while recording it.

I love the way the synth has a built in 3D Spatializer to simulate the effect of the mic being moved around the room (plus the added ambient physical-key-pressing sound setting)..Its like I'm there in the room with him/her/it...
