Creating Single cycle waveforms

Hi, I want to make some single cycle waveforms for my own use and am looking for some advice or software recommendations

I want to create wavs that are specific number of samples long eg 512, 1024 or 2048 so is there any program I can draw/make these in and set the sample size and export a wave file?

Or is there a certain frequency of note that would fit exactly into one of these sample sizes and I could render a vst in my host and know that one cycle = 1024 samples for example?

Or a program that could take a single cycle and resample into one of a certain length of samples?

Surely there is something like this around??

NI Absynth let's you draw your own waveforms. Look at what NI uses for their waveforms in FM7 and FM8. There are several free synths that allow waveshaping. Search for CableGuys Curve.

Hey cool, I've never heard of curve before. So I could draw my wave into it and then render a note at 86Hz in my host and a single cycle should then be 256 cycles long. Neat.
