toxic biohazard - online presents

i bought toxic long time ago and updated yesterday to biohazard.
it sounds wonderful, but the stuff with the presets is really pain.
my daw has not internet conection and i cannot download the presets.
is there an alternative way to get the presets?
installing toxic on a computer which has internet is NOT an alternative way!!!

why should someone be forced to install a synth on their internet computer?

my daw is my daw and my business computer is my business computer...
is it enough to put the dll into let's say minihost's vst folder, or is a full installation of toxic neccesarry?

Fair enough. Note that I do plan to make it easier to use the downloader on a separate internet computer, but there will always be something that has to be installed.

It requires its data files to load, so a full installation is necessary.

Why oh why IL didn't just stick the presets in the installer is beyond me... I had to install TBio - which itself installs IL's download manager - and get a lightweight host set up on my net machine just to get the presets. Ok, so it wasn't a massive problem, but I had to wonder why on earth the default presets weren't included in the install (as I was told they would be...)
