I will put up my Delaybank next (in it's primal version, because I did not have time to improve it).
But 8 ringmod's at the same time :? that would sound like mud only...

Well ok, here you can download it:

I'm in the middle of a project right now - I'll see if I can use this anywhere. There are so few ring mods that seem as simple and flexible as this.

Thanks!

This is a bump

Finished a track with Ringmodulator on it will post soon...

Its kinda like George Jetson slips and falls of one of those platforms in the sky and starts to trip out as he descends thru toxic pink, purple and florescent neon clouds below...

for now peep this excerpt

Another short sounddemo:
MP3

Tip: switch the internal OSC to MIDI, use OSC as input Y, put a simple synth before the Ringmodulator and control them both by MIDI-input. Slightly detune the synth-oscillator.

Intersting demo. I didn't know nothing about this kind of FX.

Seems very cool! Thanks for your plug. :)

I wish you'd use finer steps for in- and decreasing the effect. After hearing Logic's Ringmod there's nothing in all pc VST land that can beat that. When i insert the ringmod i want it to be transparent, do nothing, then when upping the effect it gradually becomes heavier / granier. In that way it would be useful to use in breaks / buildups etc.

That would be a mix fader - maybe in the next version. Meanwhile you could set it up as a send-effect.
And by the way - how much is the cost of Logic ..

Well not a mix fader really, although it would certainly come in handy ;). What i mean is when the ringmod effect is active it should go from almost no effect to mad ringmod noise. Say it goes from 0.00 to 100 then if there's a lot of action going on in the i.e. 0.00 to 0.10 range then make that area very spread out. You know what i mean? Just to get the most out of it as an insert.

Anyway, just my thoughts and i appreciate you listening.

I like this ring mod. I think I could have a lot of fun with it automating some of the parameters. I tried it on a voice yesterday and realized that wasn't really the effect I needed for the piece that I'm working on, but I know I will use this one something. I'll try to put something simple together and post in this thread.

The thing on a ringmodulator is, that one signal is multiplied with another. The amount can not be controlled, because the output signal will become lower until zero if one of the input signals is turned down.
