I will agree with the sentiment that VAZ is the one that stands out. You can recognize it and to me that is reason enough to put a VAZ in the VSTi folder. I love it for those snappy arpeggios. It is stable and has good MIDI controller implementation. It sounds nothing like the Muon line up so if you want variety, those match up very well.

Solved the problem: As of last week, I now have one of each! :D

It wasn't a case of indecision, I can see them all as worth using.

Vaz has character, which is one reason why I bought it. Same goes for Tau Pro and Electron! :D
